Wilfredo Barcelo is a Young emerging artist who emigrated from Havana, Cuba in 1989. Willy as he preferred to be called began exhibiting is art at a tender age of him. At age eleven he entered at Casa de Cultura to study art under the tutelage of the Cuban master Jose Montalvo, later he continued his education at San Alejandro Academy of the arts, one of the most prestigious institution of the kind in Cuba. In 1989 he immigrated to the United States where he continues to collaborate with another great Cuban artist.
